After the death of his wife, Princess Grace, Prince Rainier was absolutely devastated. He basically fell apart and found life impossible to face. Basically, it is our understanding, that Prince Rainier died of heart-break. Even as people of high profile like Prince Rainier are just as vulnerable to pain, sorrow and breakdowns as all others in this world. This points to the simple fact, that these folks are just "human" like the rest of society. They suffer, like we do, but often have very little opportunity to express their grief and sorrows to the world. Our prayers need to be with them also!
