The Crown Prince Emanuele Filiberto di Savoy is the grandson of King Umberto II, the last reigning king of Italy, who was deposed in 1946. The Prince is running a catering business called the Prince of Venice. Apparently it is a very successful business. Some in society have criticized him for his ambitious conduct. And why should he not do something ambitious like run a food service. If he has the skill and the desire to generate something useful and prosperous, so be it. Good for the prince!!
